Invitation: This Colloquium focuses on various rationales for visits to children and young people in State care - as the subjects of care orders, or under residential, foster or custodial care. How can the voice of such disempowered people be confidently obtained, validated and verified? What imperatives and conflicts arise from teh different responsibilities of funder, service provider, service acreditation and corporate model parent?
