The Children and Young People’s Consultative Council advises the Commissioner on what is important to children and young people in Tasmania.
The Council is made up of three regional groups which will meet with the Commissioner four times during the year to talk about issues affecting children and young people in Tasmania.
Everyone on the Council has a chance to participate and to have their say. Council members work as part of a team and respect each other’s opinions.
Children and young people aged 9 to 17 years from all backgrounds, cultures and locations around Tasmania are invited to apply.
