Voices of Children and Young People in Family Law

You are invited to a special open floor discussion forum on hearing children and young people’s voices in family law. This once off event aims to create a shared understanding of the importance of listening to the views and experiences of children and young people, the opportunities and challenges involved in facilitating safe and effective options to participate, and the implications for the Tasmanian family law community.

RSVP

The discussion will inform the development of a series of principles to guide practice. The event is co-hosted by the Commissioner for Children and Young People (Tas) and the Australian Institute of Family Studies.
